The apartment cleanliness was lacking, with dirty walls and floors!!! The bathroom door didn't close properly, and basic kitchen items like soap for dishes and clean sponges were missing!!! Noise from other guests was unbearable at times!!!

i was almost ready to leave a glowing review, but then the noisy environment at breakfast ruined it, and will someone please fix the dirty floors? absolutely atrocious. oh, and to top it off, i expected complimentary drinks for the inconvenience but instead got nothing. so disappointing, honestly. i wouldn't recommend this place for a luxury getaway, that's for sure.
